Welcome to Themefox (the “Website”). Please read this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully before registering, downloading, or using any software provided by this Website. By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

  • The Website offers original software tools developed by Themefox.

  • All software is exclusively available to VIP Members.

  • Themefox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time.

2. Membership & Fees

  • Membership plans and fees are as follows:

    • 3-Day VIP: USD $3

    • 7-Day VIP: USD $7

    • 14-Day VIP: USD $14
      (Subject to change based on market conditions; the Website announcement shall prevail.)

  • During the membership period, members may download and use all original software without limitation.

  • Membership accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, rented, or resold.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from the following:

  • Violating laws, regulations, or public order;

  • Attacking, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the Website systems;

  • Copying, distributing, reselling, reverse engineering, or modifying Themefox software without authorization;

  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious code or spam.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with Themefox reserving the right to pursue legal action.

4. Operational Logs

For service monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvement, Themefox may collect and upload anonymized operational logs linked to a system-generated identifier (UUID). These logs may include task results, warehouse names, timestamps, pricing data, duration, and success/failure status. Such data does not include usernames, email addresses, payment information, or any personally identifiable information.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and source code on the Website are the intellectual property of Themefox and are protected by applicable laws.
No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

  • Themefox does not guarantee that software will be error-free or fully meet user expectations.

  • Themefox shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  • The Website is not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, hacking, or network failures.

  • The Themefox mobile application is designed solely as an assistive tool for individuals who may experience physical or cognitive difficulties during the process of accepting or managing orders. It is not intended for any other purposes or for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities. Themefox disclaims all liability for uses outside the intended scope.

7. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.

  • Themefox is not liable for damages arising from user negligence in safeguarding login information.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/region where the Website operator is located.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the operator’s jurisdiction.
