Welcome to ThemeFox (the “Website”). Please read this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully before registering, downloading, or using any software provided by this Website. By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

  • The Website offers original software tools developed by ThemeFox, including the GetFlex assistant app for delivery drivers.
  • Full access to the software is available to paid (Premium) members.
  • ThemeFox may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the services at any time.

2. Membership & Fees

  • Membership plans and fees:
    • 3-Day Pass: USD $6
    • 7-Day Pass: USD $12
    • 14-Day Pass: USD $20
  • Prices may change based on market conditions; the price shown on the Website at the time of purchase shall prevail.
  • During the membership period, members may download and use the software without limitation.
  • Membership accounts are personal and non-transferable, and may not be shared, rented, or resold.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. User Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or the rights of others;
  • Attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Website’s systems;
  • Copy, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify ThemeFox software without authorization;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or spam.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and ThemeFox reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies.

4. Operational Logs

For service monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvement, ThemeFox may collect and upload anonymized operational logs linked to a system-generated identifier (UUID). These logs may include task results, warehouse names, timestamps, pricing data, duration, and success/failure status. They do not include your username, email address, payment information, or any other information that directly identifies you.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and source code on the Website are the intellectual property of ThemeFox and are protected by applicable laws. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Intended Use & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • ThemeFox does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or will meet every expectation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThemeFox shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • ThemeFox is not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, attacks, or network failures.
  • The GetFlex application is intended solely as an assistive tool to help users — including those who experience physical or cognitive difficulties — monitor and respond to delivery offers more easily. It is not intended for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized use, and you are responsible for using it in compliance with the terms of any third-party service you access. ThemeFox disclaims all liability for use outside this intended scope.

7. Account Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
  • ThemeFox is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Website operator is located. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the operator’s jurisdiction.
