ThemeFox (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data when you use our GetFlex Android application (the “App”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Accessibility Service (Important Disclosure)
GetFlex uses Android’s Accessibility Service. With your explicit permission, the App reads on-screen content from the Amazon Flex driver app in order to detect delivery offers (“blocks”) that match the preferences you configure — such as pay, duration, time, and warehouse — and to provide instant alerts and assistive actions on your behalf.
- Screen content is processed on your device for the purposes above.
- We do not use the Accessibility Service to read unrelated apps, to collect data for advertising, or to capture passwords or financial details.
- You can disable the Accessibility Service at any time in your device settings.
GetFlex is provided solely as an assistive tool to help users — including those who experience physical or cognitive difficulties — monitor and respond to delivery offers more easily.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information — email address and username, obtained when you sign in to your membership account.
- Membership Status — whether your account has an active paid membership and its expiry date, used to unlock features.
- Device & Log Data — device model, operating system version, app version, and error/diagnostic logs.
- Operational Logs — anonymized data linked to a system-generated identifier (UUID), including warehouse names, timestamps, pricing data, task duration, and success/failure status. These logs do not include your username, email address, or any information that directly identifies you.
- Diagnostic information — when you submit feedback from within the app, we attach basic technical details (app version, device model, Android version, and recent app status logs) solely to reproduce and fix the issue you report. These logs contain no personal content and are used only for troubleshooting.
- Device identifier — with the free trial, we collect your device’s Android ID solely to manage the trial and prevent abuse (for example, to stop the same device from starting multiple trials). It is not used for advertising or tracking.
Payments. Memberships are purchased on our website, not inside the App. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not collect or store your full card details in the App.
3. Permissions We Request
- Accessibility Service — to read the offer screen and provide monitoring, alerts, and assistive actions (see Section 1).
- Display over other apps — to show a floating control button for easy, one-handed start/stop.
- Run a foreground service & post notifications — to keep monitoring reliably active and show its ongoing status.
- Network access — to sign in and verify your membership with our servers.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App’s features;
- To authenticate you and verify membership status;
- To send notifications about updates and service-related messages;
- To improve stability, security, and performance;
- To monitor performance and troubleshoot issues using anonymized operational logs;
- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
5. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Our backend server (themefox.xyz) — sign-in and membership verification;
- Payment provider (e.g., PayPal) — processing membership purchases made on our website.
The App is distributed directly (sideloaded) and does not require Google Play services to function.
6. Data Storage & Retention
Some data is stored locally on your device; some is securely transmitted to our servers. Operational logs are retained only as long as necessary for monitoring and troubleshooting, and are deleted or anonymized after 12 months. We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
- Revoke permissions (including the Accessibility Service) in your device settings;
- Stop data collection by signing out and uninstalling the App;
- Request deletion of operational logs associated with your account UUID.
Submit requests through our support email below.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and we will delete any such data we discover.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and/or on our website. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
